Returns and exchanges
You can send back anything you bought from us within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
How to return
- Open the order in your account and ask for a return, or write to [e-mail address].
- Pack the product in its box with all its accessories and the invoice.
- Hand it to [cargo company] with the return code we send you; the return is free.
Refund
Once the product reaches us and is checked, the price is refunded within fourteen days to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to appear on your card depends on your bank.
Exchanges and faulty products
For another size, colour or model, return the product and place a new order. A product that arrives faulty or develops a fault under warranty is repaired, replaced or refunded, as the law provides.
